Pull out that sky-blue prom dress from the back of the closet or knock off the mothballs from that tight fitting tux, because the Beer Runners' Ball is back! This is your chance to fancy yourself up in tacky formal wear along with your comfortable running shoes and to go dancing (not running) in the hood. The Second Annual Beer Runners' Ball will be held at Garage Mahal in Kensington. Yup, we are having our "prom for old people" in a garage, but it has a fantastic disco ball! We will also have live entertainment featuring the sensational soul sounds of the York Street Hustle. The band will be hot, the beer cold, and the food great (cuz you're bringing it a la potluck). All proceeds will benefit our good friends at Philly Achilles.
There is a $3 service fee per ticket. TicketLeap will donate $1 of the service back to Achilles. Thank you Tickeleap!

The potluck format will help us keep expenses down so we have more money to donate to Achilles.
Bring what you want! The Google doc will provide a reference if you want to ensure that you don't bring the same thing as others. Additionally, it will provide ball attendees with the relevant dietary/nutritional information so that nobody has to go hungry. Please fill in the Google doc as you decide what you are bringing; respond by 10/12. Plates/basic silverware will be provided; BYO serving utensils.
